Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 60 g hazelnuts, round
  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon water, (cold)
  • 80 g Nutella (chocolate - hazelnut cream)

Instructions

  1. 2 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Put the flour, hazelnuts, butter and sugar in a bowl and crumble with your hands, then add the egg and water and knead in. Knead the dough briefly again on a floured work surface.
  3. On a piece of baking paper to form a rectangle of 25 × 35 cm. roll out. Spread the hazelnut chocolate cream on top and roll it up from the long side using the baking paper. (like a biscuit roll). Wrap the roll in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  5. Then cut the roll into about 1.5 cm thick slices, wiping the knife after each cut. Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until they have a golden brown color. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  6. The dough makes about 30 pieces, in an airtight container, in a cool place, they can be kept for a few days.
