Ingredients
- 100 g hazelnuts, (a few more if you like!)
- 1 teaspoon coffee powder, soluble or
- 3 teaspoons cocoa powder, (Kaba beverage powder)
- 250 g quark
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 250 ml cream, fresh
- 1 pack cream stabilizer
- 2 cl kirsch, rum or brandy

- The nuts are chopped very finely or, even better, rotated through an almond mill. Then mix with the coffee or cocoa and mix very well with the quark and sugar.
- Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold it into the nut cream. Season to taste with the kirsch, rum or brandy, maybe decorate with a few nuts and refrigerate until you enjoy it.
- Serve with fine pastries and coffee or hot chocolate.
