Ingredients

  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 600 g rock candy, brown (teapot candies)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder, dark
  • 1 sachet flavor (vanilla baking)
  • 2 bottles vodka
  • 200 ml amaretto
  • ml 1,000 cream

Instructions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts. Then mix the nuts with the rest of the ingredients, except for the cream. Pour into a glass container with a lid, close it well and place it on the windowsill for at least 3 weeks. The longer the approach, the better the finished liqueur tastes.
  2. Now just filter and mix the liquid with the cream. Shake well. But it can also be bottled pure and then always mixed with the cream as required, as the liqueur with the cream can only be kept for a few weeks.
