Ingredients

  • 175 g double cream cheese
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 tablespoon hazelnuts (hazelnut butter, 100%, from the health food store)
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • nuts, or sesame brittle, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until the hazelnut butter is well dissolved. Put the mixture in the ice cream maker for about 20 minutes or place in a saucepan in the freezer for about 40 minutes and stir vigorously with a spoon every 10 minutes.
  2. The ice cream portions can be mixed with various nuts or e.g., sesame brittle can be garnished.
