  • 60 g cornstarch (potato starch)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon orange peel, untreated, grated
  • 125 g mararine
  • 125 g chocolate flakes
  • 1 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a shortcrust pastry with your hands. Shape the dough into 2 - 3 rolls (diameter approx. 3 cm) and place in the refrigerator for one night.
  2. The next day, preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Cut thin slices (approx. 1 cm) from the rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press a little flat with the palm of your hand. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes at 200 ° C, depending on the desired tan.
