  • 450 g shortbread (s)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. First, the shortbread must be crumbled into small pieces. Then the sugar is mixed with the cocoa in a saucepan. The egg is whisked and then mixed well with the cocoa mass. Then there is the milk.
  2. The butter is cut into slightly smaller pieces and added to the saucepan. Now bring the mixture to the boil, but not too long so that the mixture does not burn to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Add the biscuits, mix everything well and let cool down a little so that the mixture is a little firmer for kneading. Now just put everything on the cling film, shape into a sausage and put the mass covered by the film in the freezer compartment.
  4. The chocolate sausage is ready to serve in around two hours. Remove the foil, cut into thin slices and consume quickly.
