Ingredients

  • 500 g minced pork
  • 75 g onion (s)
  • 1 g marjoram
  • 10 g paprika powder, normal
  • 100 g pickled cucumber (s), finely diced
  • 10 g spice mix for minced meat or to taste
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Coffee cream
  • Fat or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. The specified ingredients are mixed together and topped up with coffee cream, so that an easily malleable mass is created. The minced pork is already seasoned, if this is not the case when you buy it, it has to be seasoned with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Sausages approx. 10 cm long and approx. 3 cm thick are then formed from the mass and grilled or fried. I always call them mice because they look more like that after roasting.
