Ingredients
- 1 ½ liter milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 1 point pudding powder, vanilla, or chocolate, then it gets even more chocolatier
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Bring the milk to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir the egg yolk with the remaining ingredients in a little water.
- When the milk boils, stir vigorously with the whisk
- add the mixed powder and bring to the boil again briefly, then remove from the stove.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and add small heaps to the hot soup with a spoon. Let it stand for a few minutes with the lid on.
- We have always had this for dinner on the day when it snows for the first time since I was around 3 years old.
- I think it`s a nice tradition and I will keep it with my daughter too.
