  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 packet chocolate pudding powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 12 slices rusks

Instructions

  1. Mix about 100 ml milk with custard powder, vanilla sugar and salt well.
  2. Bring the rest of the milk, sugar and butter to the boil while stirring. When the milk in the pot begins to boil and rise, add the mixed mixture and let everything boil again briefly while stirring. Then let the soup rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Pour the soup into deep plates and add the biscuits in pieces.
