Chocolate Velvet Biscuit

Verrrry chocolate biscuit. Delicate, velvety, and unrealistically delicious. Ideal for making cakes.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Flour – 220 g
  • Sugar – 160 g
  • Butter – 150 g
  • Cocoa powder – 100 g
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoon.
  • Vanillin – to taste
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Grind the softened butter with sugar. Add eggs to the resulting mass, and beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Mix all the bulk ingredients in a separate container.
  3. Using a mixer, we combine the two resulting masses, periodically pouring in the milk.
  4. We put the resulting dough in a prepared heat-resistant form, level it, and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick – it must remain dry.
  5. Free the finished biscuit from the mold, cool, and use as directed.
