Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 medium egg white
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 50 g chocolate, rated, dark
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 teaspoons anise, ground
  • 1 tablespoon milk

For the cast:

  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon anise, ground
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Dough:
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in the remaining ingredients and work on the work surface to form a uniform dough. Roll out the dough on a sugared work surface, 1/2 cm thick. Using a sharp knife, cut out the cookies (rectangles, squares or sticks) and place them on the baking sheet. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
