Chops with Nut-Cheese Breading

Regular pork chops take on a whole new flavor when cooked in a crispy breading of cheese and walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Pork – 300-350 g
  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Nuts – 100-150 g
  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper (optional) – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 4-5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the meat across the grain into 1-1.5 cm thick slices
  2. Beat off pieces of meat and salt. You can also sprinkle with ground black pepper. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare a cheese-nut breading for meat. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Grind the nuts.
  5. Mix nuts and cheese.
  6. Beat eggs lightly.
  7. Dip pieces of meat in an egg.
  8. Then roll the breaded pork chops.
  9. Put the prepared nut-breaded pork pieces on a cutting board for 5 minutes.
  10. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry pork in hazelnut bread over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Then turn over and fry the pork chops in the nut-cheese breading on the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  12. Serve pork chops in hazelnut-cheese breading, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
