Ingredients

  • 750 g apples
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 g hazelnuts, whole
  • 250 g raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 500g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Clean, peel and core the apples. Then grate roughly and mix with the sugar. This mass must now draw for 8 to 10 hours.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into the apple sugar mixture and knead well. Grease a loaf pan well and pour in the batter.
  3. Bake at 150 - 175 degrees for about 1 hour.
