Ingredients

  • 200 g whole rain oat flakes
  • 70 g pumpkin seeds
  • 70 g sunflower seeds
  • 70 g flaxseed meal
  • 70 g sesame seeds
  • 45 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g flaxseed
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 15 g almond (s)
  • 5 g millet flakes
  • 5 g psyllium husk meal
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the water. Let the dough soak for at least 3 hours.
  2. Then put the dough in a bread pan (grease if necessary) and press firmly. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat and put the bread in the oven while it is still cold. Bake for about 80 minutes.
  3. Turn the bread out while it is still hot and let it cool down completely before cutting.
  4. The bread does not rise when baking because there are no leavening agents in it. so the bread is pretty flat.
  5. Tip: You can also bake the bread with gluten-free oat flakes or use other nuts.
