  • 250 g suar, brown
  • 200 g walnuts, halved
  • 200 g hazelnuts, whole
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 500g flour
  • 2 packs baking powder

Instructions

  1. Grate the apples with the skin and mix with the sugar and let them steep overnight.
  2. The next morning stir in the remaining ingredients and bake the bread in a loaf pan at 150 ° C for 90 minutes.
  3. The bread is easy to freeze, so it`s best to bake two at a time.
