Wonderful Homemade Samsa

Wonderful homemade samsa, made from ready-made puff pastry, with minced meat from aromatic sausages! Tasty and simple!))

Ingredients

  • Yeast puff pastry (ready-made, defrosted) – 1 pack
  • Raw sausages (take any sausages)) – 4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 0.5 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Cilantro greens – 1 bunch (very small)
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Chili Pepper (Chili Flakes) – To taste
  • Sweet paprika (smoked paprika !!!) – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Sesame – for decoration
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Cut onion and pepper into small cubes. Grind the cilantro too.
  2. We get the minced meat from the sausages.
  3. Fry vegetables in a hot skillet with oil for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the minced meat and fry everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Add chili flakes and smoked paprika.
  5. Fry until the minced meat is cooked, breaking large pieces.
    Then add fresh cilantro.
  6. Now we cut the dough into triangles.
  7. Sprinkle with flour and roll out a little.
  8. Put one and a half tablespoons of minced meat in the center and pinch the edges.
  9. We spread the samsa on a baking sheet, grease it with an egg – and in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.
  10. Daub the finished samsa (while hot) a little on top with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds to stick.
