Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry – 500 grams (yeast-free)
  • Potatoes – 4 Pieces
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Sesame – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Green Onions – 1 Bunch
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste

  2. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Wash green onions, dry and chop finely. Add it to potatoes. Add spices and salt to taste.
  4. Chop the garlic, add it to the filling. Mix well.
  5. Divide the dough into squares, each of which is rolled into a layer.
  6. Place the filling in the center. Wrap the product with the larger ends in the center and the others. Close up everything properly so that the filling does not get out during the baking process.

  8. Bake samsa at 180 degrees dry for 30 minutes.
