Samsa with Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Flour – 1 Kilogram
  • Water – 2 Glasses
  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Potatoes – 500 Grams
  • Chicken – 250 Grams
  • Onions – 3 Pieces
  • Spices – To taste (do not spare spices!)
  • Beef – 250 Grams

Directions

  1. Sift flour with salt, then gradually add purified or boiled water. Then – melted butter. We knead a tough but plastic dough with our hands.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced ​​potatoes, chicken and meat. Here – spices.
  3. Make a sausage from the dough, twist the sausage in a spiral and cut into pieces. And now we turn these pieces with a rolling pin into cakes – they will turn out as if with a circular pattern. We spread the filling on each cake. We pinch the edges.
  4. That’s it! We bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, and then reduce the fire to 150, and sprinkle the baking sheet and samsa generously with water. The result is not dry dough with a soft tasty filling!
