Puffed Samsa with Chicken

Simple and delicious samsa stuffed with chicken. Cooking is very quick and easy. Soft, crumbly puff pastry will appeal to even the most fastidious gourmets!

Ingredients

  • Puff yeast-free dough – 500 grams
  • Chicken breast – 400 grams (fillet)
  • Soy Sauce – 50 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Ground black pepper – 2 Teaspoons
  • Ground cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Egg – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. First of all, cut the chicken into small cubes. Chop the onion finely. Put the chicken, onion in a large bowl, add cumin and pepper. Fill with soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Leave to soak for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into equal squares (about 10 cm by 10 cm).
  3. Beat the egg in a separate small bowl.
  4. Using a spoon, spread the filling on the dough squares (in the center).
  5. Bend the corners of the dough to the center and squeeze them tightly. It is necessary to properly fasten the edges so that the samsa does not open during baking.
  6. Lubricate the samsa with an egg using a brush, put it on a baking sheet and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then we take it out and serve it to the table.
