- 1 onion (s)
- some butter
- 4 tablespoon flour, heaped
- 750 ml meat stock
- ml 1,000 tomato (s), happened
- salt
- pepper
- some croutons
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- some parsley, chopped

- Finely dice the onion. Melt the butter in a soup pot and sweat the onion cubes until golden. Add flour and let it sweat too. Pour in the broth while stirring. Add the strained tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with croutons, creme fraiche and chopped parsley.
