- 4 apples
- 4 egg (s)
- 50 g butter
- 100 g suar
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 250 g layer cheese
- 50 g semolina
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 50 g marzipan
- 3 tablespoon raisins
- some cinnamon powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- some rum
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Cover the raisins with rum in a mug and let them steep.
- Peel, core and dice the apples. Then heat with 2 tablespoons of honey, the marzipan and the raisins in a saucepan, but do not boil. Remove from the heat, season with cinnamon and let cool down.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Grease a baking dish with fat and distribute the apples in it.
- Separate the eggs and beat the yolks with the soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir in the quark, layered cheese, 2 tablespoons of honey and semolina and season with cinnamon.
- Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff, fold into the quark mixture and pour everything over the apples.
- Bake in the middle for about 45 minutes and serve warm. You can also decorate with powdered sugar.
