Instructions

  1. Slit the 50 g dried dates open with a sharp knife and remove the core. Place the date halves in the 50 ml orange juice and refrigerate for 3 hours or until softened.
  2. Transfer the softened dates and orange juice to a blender. Add the 250 g low-fat quark and 0.25 teaspoon gingerbread spice (or cinnamon powder). Add 1 shot milk if needed. Puree until smooth with no visible pieces, being careful not to add too much milk as this will make the mixture too runny.
  3. Stir in honey to taste.
  4. Divide the quark mixture between two dessert bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
