Ingredients

  • 150 grams flour
  • 40 g butter, soft
  • 70 ml milk, skimmed, lukewarm
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast (dry yeast)
  • 500 g apples, juicy, sour
  • 8 date (s), dried
  • 20 g almond (s), sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 150 g yourt (low-fat level)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon (grated zest)

Instructions

  1. For the dough:
  2. Knead a smooth dough from the flour, butter, milk, sugar, a pinch of salt and the dry yeast.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly and place in a coated springform pan (26 cm).
  5. Leave the edge 3 cm high.
  6. Now is the time to preheat the oven!
  7. For the filling:
  8. Peel the apples and cut into small wedges.
  9. Cut the dates into small strips.
  10. Put both in the springform pan and sprinkle with the flaked almonds and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
