Ingredients

  • 600 g cherry (s), frozen
  • 400 g strawberries, frozen
  • 500 g preservin suar 2: 1
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Thaw and puree the frozen fruits. Stir the preserving sugar into the cold mixture. Add the red wine, cinnamon and vanilla sugar and stir. Cut the marzipan mixture into small cubes. Finally stir in the marzipan mixture and bring everything to a boil. Caution, the marzipan mixture clings slightly, so stir the mixture continuously.
  2. When the entire mass has boiled, then it must boil for 4 minutes, do not forget to stir.
  3. Then pour the hot mass into clean glasses. The amount makes about 4 glasses. Fill the glasses to the brim and then close them tightly. I don`t turn it upside down. Let the jam cool down and look forward to it. It doesn`t just taste good at Christmas.
