Cinnamon Cappuccino

A hot cup of delicious cappuccino with a frothy topped with cinnamon. What could be more delicious?

Ingredients

  • Freshly ground coffee – 7 g
  • Milk – 150-200 ml
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Make coffee. To do this, put 2 tablespoon in the cezve. tablespoons of ground coffee, pour boiling water over. Boil for half a minute. Cover with a lid and let stand for a couple of minutes.
  2. Strain the brewed coffee to get rid of the coffee grounds.
  3. Pour milk into a metal container, place on the stove and heat to almost boil. Reduce heat to minimum and, leaving milk on fire, immerse mixer in it. Whisk the milk gently until frothy.
  4. Pour coffee halfway into a transparent cup. Pour milk exactly into the centre of the cup and put the foam on top with a tablespoon.
  5. Decorate with cinnamon. Our coffee is ready. Sugar to taste.
