Cinnamon Curls

A simple cinnamon curl bun recipe for your attention. However, in addition to cinnamon, you can add raisins, nuts, poppy seeds … It turns out very tasty and a lot!

Ingredients
- Dry yeast – 5 Grams
- Wheat flour – 500 grams
- Sugar – 180 Grams
- Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Butter – 45 Grams
- Milk – 200 Milliliters
- Eggs – 2 Pieces
- Ground cinnamon – 3 Teaspoons
- Raisins – 100 Grams (optional)
Directions
- We mix dry ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, sugar.
- We heat the butter, add milk and eggs. The mixture should be warm or at room temperature.
- Mix both mixtures and knead the dough. The dough should be soft and elastic. Put the dough in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and put in a warm place for 60 minutes. When it comes up together, you need to slap it lightly and let it come up again.
- When it comes up again, roll it out 0.5-1 cm wide. Lubricate with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and raisins.
- After that, roll up into a tight roll and cut into pieces 2 cm thick. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and put our buns on it, taking into account the fact that they should fit.
- in the oven preheated to 180 C we send the buns for 30 minutes. Bake until golden brown! After they are baked, you can dust them with powdered sugar.
