Cinnamon Muffins

In this recipe, you’ll learn how to make cinnamon muffins. The dessert is simple and highly demanded. Muffins are enjoyed by guests. Cupcakes are small, so they can be easily tucked into both cheeks.

Ingredients
- Butter – 200 Grams
- Chicken eggs – 2 Pieces
- Sugar – 150 Grams
- Wheat flour – 150-300 grams
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream – 150 Grams
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons (for sprinkling)
- Cinnamon – 0.5 Teaspoons
Directions
- The butter needs to be melted, add granulated sugar to it. For muffins, not the most expensive butter is suitable, I use budget brands when it comes to baking.
- We drive chicken eggs into the mass. Mix and add baking powder with flour and a pinch of salt. We mix our dough again.
- Add sour cream to the muffin dough. We mix. The dough should not be very thick. We knead it well.
- We spread the dough into molds. Sprinkle with cinnamon combined with sugar on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Temperature – 180 degrees.
- And now we boil the kettle and pour hot tea or coffee. Such drinks are shown for muffins.
