- Use a peeler to peel four zest from the oranges and add one of them to each glass or large cup. Now completely remove the peel and the bitter white from the oranges and divide them into segments. Put these in the glasses, too, along with the cinnamon stick, rosebuds and honey. Pour boiling water, stir, cover and let stand for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
