Cocktail “Iceberg in the Ocean”

Ingredients
- Creamy ice cream – 100 g
- Pasteurized milk – 120 g
- Cherry syrup – 20 g
- Egg yolk – 1 pc.
Directions
- Cool the milk. Add cherry syrup to it (you can replace it with jam, only without berries), raw egg yolk, 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of ice cream and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes so that the mixture foams well.
- Pour the finished mixture into a glass.
- Knead the remaining ice cream with a fork and carefully add to the cocktail.
- This “Iceberg in the Ocean” cocktail can be made with strawberries or raspberries.
