  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 8 tomato (s)
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, 325;2 cm

  • turmeric
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces. Grate the ginger, press the garlic and mix everything with salt and pepper. Dice the tomatoes and onions.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the chicken and fry for 5-8 minutes over high heat. Then stir for 1-2 minutes. Add the onions and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the tomatoes and the remaining spices and stew for 15 minutes on a low heat. Add the coconut milk and simmer for another 10 minutes on a low heat.
