Parfait is a delicate, aromatic cold dessert. The classic parfait is of a denser structure; it is laid out on a plate from the mold in which the dessert is cooled. In our case, everything is simpler – we eat with spoons from glasses or bowls and enjoy the perfect and wonderful taste, which is what the French word “parfait” means.
Ingredients
Delicate cottage cheese or unsweetened cottage cheese cream (ideally, low-fat Ricotta) – 400 g
Sugar – 50 g (2-3 tablespoon. L.)
Instant coffee – 7 g (2 teaspoon.)
Loose biscuits (preferably almond or other nut biscuits) – 4 pcs. or to taste
Directions
Whisk soft, pasty cottage cheese (or ricotta), sugar and coffee using a mixer (within 1-2 minutes).
Place in 4 glasses or another serving dish. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (you can keep the dessert in the refrigerator until the next day).
Crush the cookies on the surface of the dessert before serving.
