Ingredients

  • 2 kg roast pork (alternatively beef roast)
  • 1 small Glass mango chutney
  • 7 onion (s)
  • 1 liter broth
  • 2 cans cola
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Fry the meat. Pepper and then put in a saucepan. Cut the onions into rings and sauté in the roasting tray. Deglaze with cola and add the broth. Pour the mango chutney over the roast.
  2. Fry in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 3 hours.
  3. Let the roast cool down, reduce the gravy in the meantime and then puree.
  4. Slice the meat and reheat it in the sauce.
