Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 2 egg (s)
  • 350 ml cola
  • 150 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 g suar
  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa

For the cast:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 3 tablespoon, heaped powdered sugar
  • 50 ml cola

Instructions

  1. Put the eggs, cola, vegetable oil and sugar in a bowl and stir together. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and stir into a smooth batter.
  2. Grease a baking sheet, place the dough on it and smooth it out. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Take the cake out of the oven and poke holes in the warm cake with a wooden spoon handle.
  4. For the topping, heat all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir together. Spread on the cake with a brush.
