Cookies “Double Chocolate”

Chocolate cookies are not only popular with chocolate lovers. Flavored rich biscuits can be made with chocolate, chocolate drips, or cocoa. See how to make Double Chocolate Cookies.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate droplets – 150 Grams
  • Butter – 300 Grams
  • Cocoa – 200 Grams
  • Flour – 400 Grams
  • Sugar – 350 Grams
  • Egg – 2 Pieces
  • Baking Soda – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 Teaspoon
  • Vanillin – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, combine the sugar and butter using a mixer. Beat in eggs and add vanillin. Whisk the mixture.
  2. In a dry bowl, combine cocoa, flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Pour the dry mixture into the oil in portions and mix well.
  4. Add the pieces of chocolate to the dough and stir again.
  5. Place the dough on parchment paper, forming small, identical cookies.
  6. Bake cookies at 170 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
