Ingredients

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 grams flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 85 g corn kernels, canned, unsalted and unsweetened, drained
  • 4 tablespoon cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 teaspoon chives, cut into rolls
  • 2 teaspoons sunflower oil, for frying
  • some corn kernels and small carrot sticks, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat egg and milk in a small bowl with a fork. Add flour and baking powder and work into a soft dough. Stir in the corn, cheese and chives.
  2. Heat a little sunflower oil in a pan and add 1 tablespoon of batter to the pan for each buffer. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until the pancakes rise and are golden yellow. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a few corn kernels and small carrot sticks.
  3. For children from 10-12 months.
