Corn Porridge with Chicken (in a Slow Cooker) Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Corn groats – 2 cups
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Hops-suneli – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 4 glasses

Corn Porridge with Chicken (in a Slow Cooker) Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, chop it, put it in a multicooker bowl.
  2. Peel carrots, wash, cut into small cubes. Add to onion.
  3. Pour in vegetable oil.
  4. Chop the chicken coarsely and transfer it to the bowl as well.
  5. Salt.
  6. Add spices. Set the “Fry” mode in the multicooker for 10 minutes.
  7. While the chicken and vegetables are grilling, prepare the corn grits. Cover it with water for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cereal to the multicooker bowl.

  9. Pour in hot water. Set the “Cooking” mode for 25 minutes.
  10. Corn porridge in a slow cooker is ready.
