Instructions

  1. Grate the bread without crust into coarse crumbs and mix with the parmesan. Whisk the eggs. Wash the chops, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. First turn in the egg, then bread with the bread and parmesan mixture.
  2. Heat the butter with the oil, fry the meat until golden brown on each side for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Serve with lemon halves.
