Ingredients

  • 300 g ricotta
  • 500 g strawberries, cleaned
  • 1 medium egg (s)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • Butter and sugar for the molds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat).
  2. Finely dice about 5 large strawberries and mix with the ricotta, egg and sugar.
  3. Put everything in buttered and sugared molds. Cook in a water bath in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool down and chill well in the refrigerator.
  5. Preparation of the sauce:
  6. Bring the rest of the strawberries to the boil with a little water, the juice and the zest of the lemon and then puree.
  7. Serve the budini on a sauce mirror.
