Ingredients

  • 500 g ribbon noodles
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 100 g parmesan, rated
  • 100 g butter
  • n.B oregano
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water.
  2. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes and cut into slices. Cut the cooked ham into strips. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the ham. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes with the lid closed. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Pour the sauce over the well drained pasta and mix well. Sprinkle with parmesan and enjoy.
