Ingredients

  • 4 veal schnitzel
  • 1 can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the schnitzel. Peel the garlic and cut into fine cubes. Puree the peeled tomatoes with a puree.
  2. Put the olive oil in a pan, but don`t let it heat up yet.
  3. Put the diced garlic in the still cold olive oil in the pan. Place the schnitzel side by side on top. Now season the pureed tomatoes with the herbs and pour over the schnitzel. Now let the pan get hot and reduce the sauce by half.
  4. In the meantime, cut the mozzarella into slices. Place on the schnitzel with the sauce. Melt briefly and serve.
  5. Pasta of all kinds tastes good too.
