  • 250 g quark
  • 60 g semolina
  • 100 g suar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lemon peel

Instructions

  1. Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper.
  2. Drain the plums in a colander.
  3. Mix the eggs, quark, semolina and sugar together with the lemon zest to form a batter. Then pour the mass into the mold. Spread the plums on top.
  4. Put the cake in the oven at 180 ° C for about half an hour. Then let it cool in the pan before the finished cake can be removed.
  5. Another little tip: Instead of the plums, you can also use a glass of cherries.
