Cranberries in the Snow

by Editorial Staff

The beneficial properties of cranberries are known to everyone. The season will end soon and it will be possible to buy cranberries only frozen. While there is an opportunity to enjoy a fresh berry, I bring to your attention cranberry sweets with sugar – my favorite dessert “Cranberries in the Snow”.

Ingredients

  • cranberries – 500 g
  • icing sugar – 100 g
  • vanillin – 2g (1 sachet)
  • chilled protein – 1 piece

Directions

  1. Rinse the berries and pat dry on paper towels.
  2. Beat the icing sugar, vanillin, and egg white with a mixer for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Dip each cranberry into the mass.
To speed up the process, you can throw cranberries in small portions into the protein mass and “roll out” the berries along the sides of the bowl with your hands.
  4. Place the candies on baking paper and set.
  5. When the candies stop sticking to your fingers, remove them from the parchment, put them on a plate, and enjoy!
Children usually don’t like cranberries very much – they are sour, but in this form my baby adores them.

    Bon Appetit!
