Ingredients
- 500 g cranberries
- 280 g suar
- 150 ml red wine
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 piece (s) ginger, small, finely grated

- Stalk the lingonberries and wash them well.
- In a large saucepan, let the sugar, ginger and wine boil for 10 minutes. Then add the berries and cook for another 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Finally stir in a good tablespoon of orange juice.
- Immediately pour hot into sterile twist-off jars.
- The indicated amount is enough for three medium-sized glasses.
