Ingredients

  • 500 g cranberries
  • 280 g suar
  • 150 ml red wine
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, small, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Stalk the lingonberries and wash them well.
  2. In a large saucepan, let the sugar, ginger and wine boil for 10 minutes. Then add the berries and cook for another 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Finally stir in a good tablespoon of orange juice.
  3. Immediately pour hot into sterile twist-off jars.
  4. The indicated amount is enough for three medium-sized glasses.
