  • 180 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 100 g chocolate, white, chopped
  • 100 g cranberries, dried

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar and egg until frothy. Add the baking powder mixed with flour and then stir in the white chocolate and dried cranberries.
  2. The amount of dough is enough for 9 large cookies or 18 small cookies. For the large cookies, place a small pile on a baking sheet with a tablespoon and a small pile with a teaspoon on two baking sheets for the small cookies.
  3. Bake the cookies in a hot oven at 170 ° C for about 10-15 minutes until they are very lightly golden brown.
  4. It is important with these cookies that you take them out of the oven while they are still soft, because they still harden when they cool down.
