  • 3 bunch radishes
  • some basil
  • 200 g double cream cheese with herbs
  • 250 ml chicken broth (instant)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the radishes, save some for garnish. Puree the rest of the radishes in a blender or blender. Mix with the cream cheese, milk and broth in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then season the soup with honey, salt and pepper. If you like, you can also cut the radish leaves into small pieces and add them. Finally, garnish the soup with the radishes and the basil leaves.
