- 1 point cream puffs, filled, TK
- 1 point raspberries, frozen
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (milkmaid)

- Place the frozen cream puffs and raspberries in a flat dessert bowl or glass casserole dish and mix together. Then make a cream from low-fat quark and milkmaid and pour over the mixture.
- Serve as soon as the cream puffs have just thawed, otherwise they will get mushy.
