Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (macaroni)
  • 2 egg (s), whisked
  • 100 g mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 packet spinach (creamed spinach, 450 g)
  • 100 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni, do not quench, turn immediately in 2 beaten eggs. Let the creamy spinach reduce a little. Steam the mushrooms in margarine for 15 minutes. Fill the greased baking dish with macaroni, cream spinach, mushrooms and the remaining macaroni. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
