  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 grams flour
  • 40 g oat flakes, fine
  • 50 grams sugar

  • 1 pinch vanilla pulp

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except for the blueberries, until you get a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a small casserole dish with a diameter of 20 cm or a small springform pan.
  2. Place the blueberries on top of the dough and bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes at 180 ° C until the casserole gets a nice color.
