Ingredients

  • Flour – 120 Grams
  • Milk – 300 Milliliters
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Vegetable oil – 1
  • Powdered sugar – 1
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Butter – 100 Grams (For the sauce)
  • Sugar – 100 Grams (For the sauce)
  • Orange Juice – 150 Milliliters (For Sauce)
  • Orange Peel – 2 Pieces (For the sauce)
  • Orange liqueur – 3 tbsp (For sauce)
  • Cognac – 2 Art. spoons (For sauce)

Directions

  1. For pancakes, combine flour, powdered sugar and salt in a bowl. Beat in an egg and add a couple of tablespoons of milk, beat with a whisk, then in a thin stream, whisking constantly, pour in the rest of the milk. Add 2-3 tablespoon. l. water. Whisk.
  2. Heat the pan, add a little oil and bake the pancakes.
  3. For the sauce, melt the butter and sugar in a skillet, stirring occasionally. Increase the heat and let the mixture simmer until the sugar begins to darken.

  5. Put the pancake in the sauce, turn it over, remove and fold it with a handkerchief on a plate.
